Nasa Group opening hours this Festive period
With Christmas fast approaching we’d like to advise our agency partners of our Christmas hours and processes.
Although NASA operates reduced staffing levels during between Christmas and New Year, our invoicing & payments processes remain unchanged.
Monday 23rd - Normal working hours
Tuesday 24th - 8.30am - 2.00pm
Wednesday 25th - CLOSED
Thursday 26th - CLOSED
Friday 27th - 9.00am - 2.00pm
Monday 30th - 9.00am - 2.00pm
Tuesday 31st - 9.00am - 2.00pm
Wednesday 1st - CLOSED
Thursday 2nd - Normal working hours
Friday 3rd - Normal working hours
With the bank holidays falling on Wed 25th and Thur 26th December, we anticipate most clients will move to a Monday BACS payment to clear with NASA on Friday.
Where cleared funds reach NASA before 12PM, payments will be made as normal to clear the same day. Any funds received after this cut off will be processed the following working day.
If you anticipate making same day payments to us on Friday 27th December (as opposed to BACS), please speak to your account manager or our payroll team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
NASA will process all contractor timesheets received before 2PM each day, with invoices being emailed instantaneously. We will advise contractors to submit their timesheets as early as possible to you (and us) for WE 22nd December to meet the tighter timeframe.
