With Christmas fast approaching we’d like to advise our agency partners and employees of our Christmas hours and processes.
Although NASA operate reduced staffing levels throughout the Christmas and New Year period, our invoicing & payments processes remain unchanged.
Monday 21st - Normal working hours
Tuesday 22nd - Normal working hours
Wednesday 23rd - Normal working hours
Thursday 24th (Christmas Eve) - 8.30am - 2.00pm
Friday 25th (Christmas Day) - Closed
Monday 28th (Boxing Day Holiday) - Closed
Tuesday 29th - 9am - 2pm
Wednesday 30th - 9am - 2pm
Thursday 31st - 9am - 2pm
Friday 1st (New Years Day) - Closed
Monday 4th - Back to normal working hours
With the bank holidays falling on Friday 25th, we anticipate most clients will move to a Monday/Tuesday BACS payment to clear with NASA on Thursday 24th.
Where cleared funds reach NASA before 12PM, payments will be made as normal to clear the same day. Any funds received after this cut off will be processed the following working day, which will be Tuesday 29th.
If you anticipate making same day payments to us on either Thursday 24th or 31st December (as opposed to BACS), please speak to your account manager or our payroll team (firstname.lastname@example.org) in advance.
NASA will process all contractor timesheets received before 1PM each day, with invoices being emailed instantaneously. We will advise contractors to submit their timesheets as early as possible to you (and us) for WE 27th December to meet the tighter timeframe.
